I highly recommend it. Especially if you have ever watched any Star Trek. It’s hilarious.

3-Knight to Remember

Michelle Miles’ Countdown Release Party: Win a Nook!

Thanks, Nickie, for letting me crash your blog today! I’m excited to be here and tell you all about my Countdown Release Party happening NOW.

I’m celebrating the release of book 3 in the Realm of Honor series, A KNIGHT TO REMEMBER. Starting today and through release day (January 14), I’m giving away daily prizes. You can also enter to win the grand prize–a Nook Simple Touch Reader!

Here’s a little about the book:

Henry Chase is desperate to find his daughter lost in the Highlands. When he steps through a stone circle, he’s transported to the Otherworld. With his human form hidden by glamour, he masquerades as a Fae knight. He’s instantly besotted by Queen Maeve and determined to break down the walls she’s erected around her heart.

In the aftermath of war, Queen Maeve’s kingdom has been destroyed. She must close the portals to the human realm and restore her lost magic. But before she can set things straight, her archenemy, the Goddess of War, attacks, seeking revenge.

When the goddess captures the queen, Henry offers his life for Maeve’s in the hope his bravery will earn the queen’s love. Discovering Henry is human and knowing she must send him back to his world, Maeve tries to fight her feelings for him. Now she must choose–life at court or life with Henry–before she loses him forever.

Here’s how it works. Just hit the blog every day from now until January 14 to enter. Daily prizes will be awarded from me and some fabulous other authors. Every day you comment gets you another entry for the Nook.

Hop on over to my blog now to get a sneak preview at the book AND enter to win!

See you there.

Seriously. When you think of me this is the picture your brain should produce:

Ethereal & glowing. Two words often used to describe me.

Ethereal & lambent. Two words often used to describe me.

Or maybe a Superhero Pegasus. I’d love that. What would my super power be?  I mean, other than being a flying horse which is incredibly awesome in and of itself. Maybe I could be like Superman and generally be strong, bulletproof, kick the high holy hell out of bad guys and rescue baskets of puppies in my spare time. But I’d need a really great name. Superhero Pegasus doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue. I can see that this is going to take up too much time so go with SuperPeg for now.  Someone want to draw SuperPeg for me and send it over?

The truth is people have thought of me and shared the following. I’ve had this conversation a lot:

PERSON: I thought about you the other day.

ME: That’s not good.

PERSON: I passed a pasture full of horses and thought about you (or) I saw a clip of a horse race and thought about you (or) there was a cute pony video on You Tube and I thought about you. etc.

ME: Awesome! I never have to talk to you again then. My job is done!

Also when you think of me think of:

I love Jamie Benn. I really hate the sharks.

and also:

Don't you want to take me to IHOP?

Now I’m going to drink my minty tea and try to get some work done today. Yay for the weekend!

(Disclaimer: I don’t own any of the images. And LOTR is great.)
